Cosmin has been working with all parts of a large web application running in Azure using C#, javascript, ASP.Net MVC, WebApi, Entity Framework, external web services and SQL Server. He has done a great job and always with enthusiasm regardless of if it has been maintaining old legacy code or developing new modules that spans the whole range from UI to database design.

I had the occasion to work with Cosmin several times, last time was during this summer for an integration task between our services. As a tester, I have met many different developers, with different personalities, and he was one that I have appreciated for his involvement, patience and the fact that he always puts on a smile.
